Terms of Service

Kompasu provides market-backed career analysis and roadmap tools for informational and planning purposes. You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access data belonging to other users.

You must be 18 or older to use Kompasu and able to enter into a binding contract.

You retain ownership of the CV and profile information you upload. By uploading, you grant Kompasu a limited licence to process that content to provide the service — including parsing it and transmitting its text to our AI sub-processor (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) under a Zero-Data-Retention agreement, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share the information you submit, and you should not include sensitive information you do not want processed.

Analyses, scores, and recommendations are generated by automated models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for your personal career planning and should not be relied on as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms are those shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any complimentary or promotional access is provided at our discretion and may be changed or revoked.

Kompasu does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, or any specific employment outcome. All recommendations are informational and based on the data you provide and available market signals.

You may not use Kompasu to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. On deletion, your personal data is permanently removed, except minimal transaction records we must retain for tax purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kompasu and Revenue Champ Pte. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-product. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising from them. Where local consumer-protection law grants you mandatory rights, those rights are unaffected.
